Ingredients:
Red Chillies, Onion, Coriander, Iodised Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Black pepper, Cumin, Cardamom Seeds, Ginger, Cinnamon, Mace, Cloves, Nutmeg, Black Cumin.
Directions:
Boil 500gms cottage cheese cubes of two inches size in five cups salty water for three minutes Drain off water.
In one cup yogurt,add one table spoon of chana dal flour (besan), three teaspoon of Roopak Paneer Tikka Masala.
Fridge for Marinade cheese cubes with the yogurt mix.
Keep in thirty minutes.
Grill in preheated oven or tandoor Sprinkle Roopak BBQ Seasoning while serving.
