- Cow Milk
- Cow dung
- Curd
- Gomoothra / Cow urine
- Gritha / Ghee Lq. 150 ml
Usage:
- Adult: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with water, usually before food, once or twice a day, or As suggested by the expert
- For 3-year-olds - up to 5gms, to be taken on an empty stomach
