Ingredients

  • Sprouted Ragi (Finger Millet)
  • Sprouted Wheat (Gehun)
  • Sprouted Jowar (Sorghum)
  • Sprouted Moong (Green Gram)
  • Soaked Amaranth (Rajgira)
  • Soaked Foxtail Millets (Kangni / Kakum)
  • Soaked Kodo Millets (Kodra)
  • Soaked Rice (Chawal)
How to use:
  • Step 1: Take 2 tsp of porridge powder
  • Step 2: Add 4 tsp of water
  • Step 3: Take a pan, add ghee into it
  • Step 4: Pour the mixture, cook for 30 seconds
  • Step 5: Add warm water 10 tsp & stirr continuously till desire consistency
  • Step 6: Serve to your loved ones
  • No sugar, no salt for babies under 1 year
