Red Chillies ,Pink Rock Salt , Fennel , Dry Raw Mango Powder , Coriander Powder, Fenugreek Seeds ,Turmeric , Nigella , Black Pepper , Cardamom , Cumin , Cloves , Black Cumin , Mace , Nutmeg
Directions
Cut Boiled Potatoes (250 g) Into Equal Pieces.
Soak 4 Teaspoon Of Roopak Achari Aloo Masala In (One And Half) Cup Of Water For 10 Minutes To Make Paste.
On Low Flame, Saute the Boiled Potatoes Pieces in Oil till Golden Brown Add the masala paste and stir till the paste turns into a thick gravy.
