Teja Organics Haritaki Powder
Ingredients: 100% Pure Haritaki Powder.
How to Use:
- Adults: 10 grams with water/milk, two times a day after meals.
- Children: 2 grams twice a day.
- Skincare: Make a paste by adding boiled rice water & apply it on the face & the affected areas, wait for 20 minutes & wash it off.
- Hair care: One teaspoon of Bibitaki powder + Amla powder + Haritaki powder, make a paste with yogurt. Apply it on hair & scalp, wait for 15-20mints and wash off. Repeat the process weekly twice for best results.
