About the Product: 

Paruppu Podi (Kandi Podi) is a delicious dish from Andhra cuisine,which is called Andhra Kandi Powder. In Tamandu it is called as Paruppu
Podi and is made hygienically with a unique combination of high-quality
Roasted Tur Dal, Fried Gram Dal, Garlic. Black Pepper, Asafoetida and Red
Chili, that taste delicious.
Adding a generous measure of the Paruppu Podi to Hot Steaming rice along
with ample quantity of Ghee or Gingelly oil will make a tasty meal. Fried
Appalam together, will make a good accomplishment to the meal. To retain its
aroma, Paruppu Podi is made fresh, only after getting the order and its shelf
life is 3 months from the date of packing
