How to Cook: 

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee or oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add the masala mix and sauté.
  3. Add the washed multi millet and 1.1 litre water.
  4. Cook on low flame for 5 whistles.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  6. Serve with fresh curd and pickle.
