Double Horse Ribbon Ada / Rice Pasta

Ingredients:
  • Rice.
Method of Preparation:
  • Break Double Horse Rice Ribbon Ada 200g and cook All done. Strain the water and wash it underwater and keep it aside. 
  • Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk and 4-5 cups of second milk from 2 coconuts and keep aside.
  • Boil second extract milk and add cooked ada.
  • Boil it for 10-15 mins.
  • Make a thick syrup by boiling Jaggery(500g) with 1 glass(200ml ) of water and removing the impurities from it.
  • Add jaggery syrup and cook on high flame for 5-10 mins.
  • Now add thick milk and switch off the flame.
  • Fry cashews, raisins in 1 tbsp. ghee and add it to the payasam.
  • Hot & Yummy Ada Pradhaman is ready to serve.
