This golden brown colour comes from letting the green tea leaves oxidise. The longer the teas oxidise, the darker its colour becomes. This oxidation process is also what changes the taste of different tea types, Darjeeling Tea is one of the most beloved variants across the world for connoisseurs of tea. It has a distinct mulcatese flavor. Golden Tips Darjeeling Tea has the sweetness of black tea as well as a slight bitterness that gives it a unique flavour.
Ingredients:
- Golden Tips Darjeeling Tea Leaves
- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of tea leaves in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
