Roopak's Punjabi Kadhi Masala
Ingredients:
- Salt, Fenugreek seeds, Chillies, Turmeric, Mustard seeds, Nigella, Coriander seeds, Curry leaves, etc.
Usage:
- Make a smooth and creamy batter of besan and curd. Heat some oil, add chopped onions and the masala and fry till golden. Add the batter to the masala and cook on low heat, stirring steadily from time to time. Add crispy golden fried pakoras once almost done.
