If your product arrives damaged
Full refund for shipping damage
If your product is damaged in shipping, indiangoods.shop will issue a full refund. To be eligible, buyers must provide valid proof of the damage within 3 days of the product's delivery.
Changed your mind? We'll still take it back
If the product isn't damaged but you'd like to return it anyway, indiangoods.shop will take the return on behalf of the seller at our office. You can choose between two options:
We generate the return label
indiangoods.shop generates a return shipping label for you.
- Ship the product using our label to the indiangoods.shop headquarters
- Receive a full refund on the goods
- To-and-from shipping charges are deducted from your refund
You arrange the return shipping
You pay for return shipping yourself and mail the product to indiangoods.shop.
- Ship the item back at your own cost, using any courier
- indiangoods.shopp refunds the price of the goods
- The shipping fee you paid is deducted from the refund
You have 15 days to return an item
Returns must be shipped back within 15 days of the product being delivered, in order to qualify for a refund.
Your return window begins the moment your order arrives.
Proof of shipping damage must be submitted within 3 days for a full refund.
Non-damage returns must be shipped back to us by this day to qualify.
Food items, fair use, and international orders
Case-by-case for food
Returns are not accepted on food items. However, if you're not satisfied, our customer support team will get in touch with you and a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

indiangoods.shop reserves the right to refuse service to buyers who abuse the return process, and to permanently ban such buyers from using indiangoods.shop.
Canada, UK & other countries
For countries outside the USA - such as Canada and the UK - refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the issue is due to an error on the part of an indiangoods.shop seller, a refund is provided based on the specific details of the issue.
