Dose
Vaidyaratnam Thakrarishta Choornam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the supplement.
- Drink the tonic twice a day
- Should be taken after meals
- Children may have 2.5-5ml of the tonic a day
- Adults may have 10-20ml of the tonic a day
- Senior citizens may have 5-10ml of the tonic a day
- Mix with 100-200ml of water before drinking the tonic
