How to use:
Vaidyaratnam Sapthasaram Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.
- Take 15ml of the tonic per day
- Have the supplement twice a day
- Mix the tonic with 45ml lukewarm water before consumption
- Have the decoction on empty stomach or one hour before food; preferably at about 6-7 am and at 6-7 pm
