Dose

Sandu Bhunimbadi Kadha should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this.

• Take this before meals
• Should be consumed at 6am and 6pm
• Mix equal quantity of water with the syrup
• Add honey to the herbal tonic to improve the taste
• Drink 4 tablespoons (12-24ml) of the syrup in a day
• For best results, mix 1 part of herbal ingredients with 1 part of milk, 4 parts of water boiled, and reduced to 1 glass
