We try to make sure every item you receive is exactly what you ordered, packed safely, and delivered on time. But sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Here's what you can expect if there's ever a problem.


Wrong Item? Damaged Package? Not What You Expected?


Reach out to us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery.
Let us know:

  • What went wrong
  • Your order number
  • A couple of photos if something looks broken or off

We’ll get back to you within 2 working days from the day you connected us to sort it out.

When Can You Return Something?


We accept returns only for:

  • Products that are damaged when you open them
  • Incorrect or wrong items sent
  • Items ineligible for return (some things, like food or personal-use products, can’t be returned for hygiene reasons)

The item should be unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.

Refunds


If your return is approved, we’ll either refund you to the original payment method or send a replacement, depending on what you choose.
Refunds take a few days to reflect.

Who Covers Return Shipping?


If the error was ours, we’ll cover the return cost. How do we judge this?
If the return is for any other reason, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or handled by you.

Order Cancellations


You can cancel an order only before it’s shipped. Once it’s dispatched, it can’t be cancelled, but we may still be able to help if something’s wrong.
