Millet khichdi is so light on the stomach and is perfect for diabetic people to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner.In this mixed millet khichdi, cook millets in a pressure cooker or instant pot and add water . Add moong dal add cumin seeds,coriander powder for better khichdi taste.
- Multi Millet khichdi are made using finger millet , pearl millet . kodo millet, ragi. It is nutritious and also rich in iron & Calcium.

- Add some oil in a pressure cooker, to this add cinnamon sticks, bay leaf, cashew, onions, ginger, pepper powder and jeera mix it well.
- For 1 cup khichdi mix add 5 cups of water. Pour the mix in a pressure cooker and close the lid. Let it cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Transfer into a bowl. Serve hot, top it with ghee and pickle.
