Key Ingredients:- Black Gram
- Sesame seeds
- Salem Idly Rice
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Dry Ginger
How to use:
- Step 1: Amosteo is a health porridge mix. Mix 2 spoons of amosteo to small quantity of water.
- Step 2: Mix properly without lumps and bring to boil in low flame for 4 minutes until it becomes paste consistency.
