Baidyanath Gokshuradi Kadha is made with herbal components. The key ingredients in Gokshuradi Kadha are
- Garlic
- Nut Grass
- Wet ginger
- Dry ginger
- Black Pepper
- Marsh Barbel
- Red hogweed
- Puncturevine
- Indian bdellium
- Himalayan cedar
- Triphala (a combination of Indian Gooseberry, Belleric Myrobalan, and Myrobalan)
Dose
Baidyanath Gokshuradi Kadha should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this supplement.
- Have this 2-3 times a day
- Have 4-6 tablespoon of the tonic a day
- Drink the health supplement before having food, in an empty stomach
- Mix an equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before having the tonic
