I suffered from severe Post Partum Depression after our thrid child was born. I struggled for years trying to resume my normal self but all of the western pharmaceutical medications only made me numb and a "walking shell," I was not "living" my life I was numb to it on western depression medications. I decided to make a trip to Kerala, India to get treated for my depression, and the doctor put me on this supplement.
