Palak Notes Matcha Tea is made up of 100% Pure and Organic Green Tea powder. Matcha is a type of green tea made by taking young tea leaves and grinding them into a brighter green powder. Matcha leaves are grown on green tea bushes and kept under shade to avoid direct sunlight. As there is no direct connection with sunlight this increases the amount of chlorophyll content in the leaves, which makes them bright green and full of nutrients.
