Dose
Baidyanath Icchabhedi Ras should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this herbal supplement.
- Have 250gm of the powder a day
- Have this before or after meals
- Mix with cold water and drink the solution
- Do not skip meals and have food at regular intervals
- Users should consume rice with buttermilk during taking this supplement.
