Adukale Majjige Huli MixIngredients:Fried Gram, Mustard, Coriander, Bengal Gram Dal, Cumin, Pepper, Green Chillies, Ginger, Malic Acid, Turmeric, Asofoetida, Sugar, and SaltHow to use: Take 250 gms of vegetables. (Suitable Vegetables – Ash Gourd, Cucumber, Snake Gourd, ChowChow, Bottle Gourd, Spinach, Dantu) and cook. Retain water till the level of the cooked vegetables Take 4 tsp of Adukale Majjige Huli Mix and make a lump less paste of it and add it to the cooked vegetables and boil for 2-3 minutes till the mixture thickens Turn off the flame and add 250 ml of curd. Adukale Menasu Kootu PowderIngredients:Black Gram Dal, Coriander, Pepper, Red Chillies, Copra, and TurmericHow to use: Cook 100 grams of Tur Dal in 300 ml of water with ½ tsp of cooking oil and a pinch of Turmeric Powder Boil 250 gms of vegetables of your choice. (Best suited vegetables when used alone – Carrots, Beans, Snake Gourd, Bottle Gourd, Skinned Avare Kaalu, Cluster Beans, Dill Leaves, Chakkotha Leaves. Best suited combination of vegetables – Carrots, Beans, Sweet Potato, Potato, Peas, Chowchow, Ground Nuts, Ribbed Gourd) Mix cooked vegetables and cooked Tur dal. Allow it to come to boil Prepare a lump-less paste using 3-4 Table Spoons of Adukale Menasu Kootu Powder and little water Mix this paste well with the Tur dal and vegetable mixture and allow it to boil for 3 minutes. Adukale Menthya Hittu Mix (With Salt)Ingredients:Black Gram Dal, Bengal Gram Dal, Green Gram Dal, Tur Dal, Rice, Wheat, Fenugreek, Pepper, Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric, Red Chillies, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Salt, and Vegetable Cooking OilDirections for Use: Take about 30 gms of Tamarind (About the size of a medium lemon) and extract the juice without the skin and seeds in about 100 ml of water To this add 100 gms of Adukale Menthya Hittu and mix it well so that there are no lumps Add Jaggery and Salt to your taste. Stir it well till the Jaggery dissolves completely Slowly add another 100 ml of water to this mixture Prepare a tempering of ½ tsp Mustard, 3-4 pieces of dried red chilies in 1 tsp of Cooking Oil.
