- This alcohol-free toner hydrates and removes leftover traces of make-up. Soothing Vinolevure and mattifying organic rose water to refresh, soften, and prep skin. Reformulated with natural surfactants instead of synthetic surfactants.
How To Use:
- Morning and evening, soak a cotton pad with 3 pumps of Moisturising Toner.
- On clean skin, gently sweep the cotton pad all over your face, not forgetting your neck.
- Do not rinse.
