I had to talk to 7 reps for my return. And each time a new rep emailed me back asking me what my issue was. The rice bags and the dal were highly inflated for USA market. Then I was asked to pay for the return label. I then received ny label and I could not send the items back right away since I don't drive and in 3 days I received and email saying that there was no response from me so the ticket will be closed and will reopen after I respond. After having ne wait 4 weeks to come to a return resolution 3 days is all you guys could give me to acknowledge the return label?
